Employment Opportunities

 

Indiana United Methodist Children's Home employs approximately 100 staff members. The delivery of services to boys and girls in care is provided by several groups of talented professionals. Serving their educational needs are our teachers and principal. Counselors and Group Supervisors play an important part in the youth's everyday life. Activities Leaders coordinate trips and recreation. The Home's Christian Education Leader provides educational shared-interest activities as well as structured worship services.

Child Care Workers are direct care providers and spend the most time in direct supervision of the youth. Child Care Workers help them with their daily responsibilities and provide encouragement and support in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

Minimum age 21
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
